Tonny Bbosa is a highly skilled and experienced professional with a background in Information Technology. He holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in computer science from Makerere University.

Additionally, he is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®), a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM®), and an Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) professional.

As a full-stack software developer, Tonny has extensive experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise solutions. Currently, he is working as Manager Government Systems overseeing the integration of government systems at the National Information Technology Authority Uganda (NITA-U).

In addition to this, he is also the Chief Consultant with the Department of E-Government at the Ministry of Information and Digitalization in Lilongwe, Malawi, under the implementation of the Malawi Interoperability and Data Exchange Platform.

Tonny’s expertise in project management, information security, system development, and IT infrastructure has enabled him to accomplish many ICT projects with digital services that have improved service delivery in many organisations.
