Mbabazi Annet NteziGovernance & Development

Mbabazi is an accomplished development professional with extensive experience in research, program development, monitoring and evaluation. She holds a Master’s Degree in International Cooperation and Development from Universita Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Milan, Italy, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Community Psychology from Makerere University, Kampala, Uganda.

Mbabazi has held several professional positions in the development and governance sectors, including Political Economy Analyst (PEA), Programme Officer at the Democratic Governance Facility, and Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Advisor at Adam Smith International. In these roles, she conducted research and analysis, provided technical direction and oversight of MEL systems, and contributed to the strategic direction of different initiatives.

As a Senior Faculty Member at the LéO Africa Institute, Mbabazi supports curriculum development and facilitates thought leadership sessions.
