Keeping Sight of the Thread: Managing Life Transitions

Keeping Sight of the Thread: Managing Life Transitions

The Nairobi Seminar is built on the core mission of the Institute, “empowering young & emerging leaders in Africa to live successful, high impact, and fulfilled lives”.

The Seminar is designed for individuals who are clearly on the path to success in their various fields of career or business and equips them with skills of managing healthy work-life balance, exploring ideas of living happy and fulfilled lives, and gaining knowledge and skill to navigate through the pitfalls of success and dangers of leading change.

Using practical examples of how other distinguished leaders have managed success, especially earlier on in their careers, the seminar explores different forms of success and helps participants define their standards of success from their standpoint.

The seminar also equips participants with enhanced capacity for making “informed” and “right” decisions on advancing their career goals and growing their businesses or organizations.

The Seminar is curated by our Senior Faculty Member William Babigumira, and Liz Muange, the President of the Executive Committee of the Young & Emerging Leaders Project.

The event is finished.
