The Legacy Seminar
The Legacy Seminar is designed to guide leaders who have achieved certain levels of success, to move beyond the “self”- from achieving and managing personal success to achieving significance in society. The objective of the last seminar is to guide fellows on how to build on a leader’s personal success and achieve significance in society, a lasting contribution.
The seminar uses examples of different visionary leaders who have used power of the individual brand to build powerful companies, organizations, and campaigns to cause change and build lasting legacies.
Upon graduation, YELP alumni form part of the Institute’s growing network of outstanding thought leaders across East Africa. They continuously support and lift each other up, inspire one another, and collectively encourage each other to become positive change makers.
The alumni network is also kept in touch with one another through our Annual Leaders Gathering event that brings together all members of the LéO Africa Institute Network across Africa and the diaspora.
