## A Year of Growth
The YELP Class of 2024 represents some of Africa's most outstanding young leaders — working in governance, civil society, private enterprise, and social innovation across 10 countries.
Over 12 months, they journeyed together through intense leadership development sessions, cross-country immersions, and mentorship encounters with some of Africa's most distinguished leaders.
## Fellows' Reflections
**Amina from Kenya:** *"YELP gave me the language and the confidence to articulate my leadership philosophy. I returned to my organization fundamentally changed."*
**Dieudonne from Rwanda:** *"The most valuable thing was the network. I now have 24 colleagues across Africa who I can call on for support, ideas, and collaboration."*
**Fatima from Ghana:** *"The program challenged my assumptions about what leadership means in an African context. I'm more rooted in my own values now."*
## What's Next
The Class of 2024 graduates join our growing alumni network of over 300 leaders across the continent, becoming part of the YALN community and future contributors to LéO Africa programs.
