The Faculty is organized across three tiers, each playing a distinct role in shaping the Institute's academic and programmatic vision.

Head of Faculty

Provides strategic direction for the Institute's academic and programmatic vision, ensuring the highest standards of transformational leadership education.

Senior Members of Faculty

Principal facilitators and mentors in flagship programs—Huduma Public Service Champions, Young & Emerging Leaders Program, and Griots Fellowships.
