Fellowship Experience

The YELP Fellowship has really helped me to think deeply and intrinsically about what role of leadership I want to take. Having a community of other fellows who are leaders in their communities share their fears, their worries and how they have broken these barriers towards trying to be the best leaders has really helped provide a camaraderie that ‘we are all in this together,’ and that our fears and hopes are shared.
