Bio
A Masters in Business management graduate from the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow Scotland, Conrad works with Barclays Bank Uganda as an Assistant Products Manager for the Barclays Africa Graduate Program. He is passionate about social economic development, with particular interest in the financial sector.

As a generation there is an increasing skills gap between the jobs available and what’s being taught, on a whole we are at a time when we need to rethink our strategies and direction on how to promote economic growth and independence for all.
The YELP fellowship allows for the sharing of ideas whilst promoting an understanding across various disciplines. It’s this kind of leadership development that can promote and sustain the growth and change we all seek to see in the Africa we want.
