
Journeys Back Home Expedition
Orienting fellows to elements of culture and identity in leadership.
Fifteen fellows are hosted to by a member of the LéO Africa institute network at their ancestral home, to a seminar experience for reflection on the role of culture and identity in pursuit of personal growth, and transformational leadership.
The weekend seminar includes a nature excursion, usual deep dive reading session, connecting with culture through food, dance and song, and intergeneration conversations. The inaugural host for the journeys back home expedition will be announced soon.
