Announcing Edgar Mwine and Kanyomozi Rabwoni as Hosts for the #ALG2025

As a distinguished Fellow at LéO Africa Institute and seasoned Program Officer at KAS Regional Security Africa, Edgar brings not only proven leadership and institutional wisdom but also the expert skills of someone who has done this at the highest level. We are grateful to have him stewarding this important day once again.

Kanyomozi, a Huduma Fellow from the Class of 2024, represents the emerging generation of servant leaders committed to public service and community transformation. Her fresh perspective, natural warmth, and dedication to excellence embody the future we are building.

As a rising voice in leadership circles, Kanyomozi brings authenticity, energy, and a commitment to the values that drive meaningful change across our continent. In her own words: “I’m very excited to be co-hosting at this year’s ALG. I learnt so much from last year’s edition, and it is such a pleasure to be doing this with Edgar. Can’t wait to think, learn and question over the weekend.”

Together, Edgar and Kanyomozi represent the continuum of leadership excellence that defines LéO Africa Institute—the bridge between generations, the partnership between emerging and established leaders, and the collaborative spirit that drives collective impact.

Their co-hosting symbolizes our commitment to leadership excellence and the belief that excellence is sustained when experienced mentors and fresh voices challenge established thinking.

Edgar's experience will be invaluable in guiding these #ALG2025 conversations, while Kanyomozi will bring her own brilliance to the stage. Their chemistry as co-hosts, their mutual respect, and their shared commitment to excellence will set the tone for the entire gathering.

The 2025 Annual Leaders Gathering promises to be an extraordinary convergence of thought leaders, innovators, and change-makers exploring themes of excellence, strategic partnerships, and collaborative leadership.

Under Edgar and Kanyomozi's stewardship, we will experience a day that honors our past achievements while boldly charting the course for Africa's next decade of transformative leadership.

We are profoundly grateful to have both Edgar Mwine and Kanyomozi Rabwoni in these leadership roles.
