Fiona Kamikazi Rutagengwa

Fiona Kamikazi Rutagengwa is the Head of Marketing and Communications at I&M Bank (Rwanda) Plc, where she leads the bank's strategic communications, brand positioning, and stakeholder engagement. With over nine years of experience within the institution, she has played a central role in shaping integrated marketing campaigns, strengthening internal and external communications, and driving impactful outreach initiatives that support the bank's growth and reputation in Rwanda's financial sector.

She holds an MBA in Leadership from Oklahoma Christian University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from Mount Kenya University. Fiona is a multilingual communications professional fluent in English, French, Kinyarwanda, and Swahili, with a strong track record in strategic communication, campaign management, and talent engagement. Fiona's prior experiences further reflect her passion for connecting organizations with top talent and building effective employer–employee value systems.
