"
LéO Africa has shaped my belief in intentional, values-based leadership, teaching me that growth is continuous and that leadership is measured not only by impact, but by the integrity and awareness we bring to it.
— Elsa Mirembe, Huduma 2024
Elsa Mirembe is a Learning and Development Officer at MTN Uganda, focused on equipping people with future-ready skills, with a strong emphasis on digital capability aligned to evolving workplace needs. Her work is shaped by global insights, including perspectives on the future of work, while remaining grounded in designing practical and accessible learning experiences within the African context. She is particularly interested in how individuals and organisations can build continuous, high-impact learning cultures that go beyond occasional training to drive meaningful transformation.
Alongside her professional work, Elsa is developing a strong interest in learning design through self-led learning, with a focus on creating engaging and transformative learning experiences. She is deeply curious about growth; in people, in ideas, and in herself, and values spaces that foster honest conversations and intentional personal development.
