Edgar Mwine is an experienced policy researcher with professional and practical experience in security analysis and migrations management. He is currently a Project Manager at the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung's (KAS) Regional Programme Security Dialogue for East Africa working across 14 countries of the Horn of Africa and the Great Lakes region. He holds a B.A in Economics, is a student pursuing a MSc in Governance and previously served at the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Uganda as an Immigration Officer.
